Practice

From June, 1990 to September, 2005, I served in the Criminal Division of the United States Attorney’s Office, Tulsa, Oklahoma. supervising the investigation, prosecution and appeals of cases of all sorts, including both white-collar and violent crime.

From July 2002 until May 2004, I acted as the Anti-Terrorism Advisory Council Coordinator for this judicial district.

From September 2005 until my retirement, I served in the Civil Division. My duties there ran the gamut of Federal civil practice, including the investigation and presentation of qui tam actions, federal tort claims, regulatory investigation and proceedings, and personnel cases. In addition, I handled a number of appeals of immigration proceedings before several Courts of Appeals.
